*MANGA SPOILER*
All the way through the end of the Raid Arc he protects her unconscious body <3 What an awesome friend to have.
After loosing her quirk I would guess that Ragdoll gets very depressed as a quirk would be like something part of you so would affect mood and function with the grief.
Obviously she would have to retire as a hero so the Pussycat team has lost one of it's members, sure they would not of abandoned her as she had the idea to make the team. Maybe does the paper work etc

The emotional scene where the Wild Wild Pussycats comforting Tomoko/Ragdoll is so heartbreaking (even when it's not featured in the anime) 😢
